Founder, President & Visionary
Founder is the one person who originally started the company and had the vision for the name and the concept:
- Came up with the Name & Concept
- Created the original and foundational model
- Started turning the Vision into a reality

The Contribution
As the founder and visionary partner, the founder has a bootstrapped lifetime 20% preferred shares and 80% of the original preferred shares of the company. Preferred shares will gradually be transferred to co-founding partners as shareholders agreement are being signed and agreed upon. He holds the sole Veto power of decision when/if Founding partners can't reach an unanimous consensus on decision making. He also holds the position as Chairman of the Board.

Preferred Equity Shares w/ voting rights
% Participation is based on the agreed value that each partner is bringing to the Overall Model with proven experience and expertise in their fields. Each partner will present how their experience is particularly relevant to the overall project.
Founding Partners are individuals or entities that thru their proven experience and expertise can contribute with foundational value & aspects of the WEGO vision:
- Key Complementary Vision
- High Level Network
- Experience in Foundational Pillars of WEGO
- Experience in Creating Core Systems
- Facilitate Initial Set Up of Operations
- Contribute Time & Resource to implement their portion of the vision.
- Ability to contribute with Rich Programs that will generate content for Online & Onsite programs
Operational Partners
Operational Partners play a key role in the execution and operative implementation of the vision:
- Running the Foundational Systems
- Polishing the Foundational Systems
- Operational Excellence
- Customer Experience
The Contribution
Operational Partners can get rewarded for their effort thru:
- Service Contract: Get paid for the particular services they provide to the project @ fair market value.
- Sweat Equity: receive common equity shares in the project equivalent to the value they would get for their service contract + 20% extra for taking the risk. The value they have accrued for their services can be turned into common shares at any time using appraisal value of shares and using transparent and logical valuation principals.

Guiding Principal 2:
After going thru the WEGO Platforms Website or Presentation, if an entity or individual externalizes an interest in collaborating under any of the collaboration models for WEGO Platforms , they will schedule a meeting with WEGO founder and sign an NDA before they can access the detailed information about our collaboration model. At Ubuntu we believe collaboration is the foundational cornerstone of our model, therefore we want to protect our model from individuals or entities that approach us with individualistic, malicious and/or ambitious intentions.

Guiding Principal 1:
Before any agreement Collaboration Agreement is signed, aspiring partner will need to read the Collaboration Principals (CP) of the founding partner to make sure that the vision and values are aligned. Making sure Vision and Values is the foundation of a successful relationship. Clear Expectations create healthy and long term relationships.
Guiding Principal 3:
The aspiring founding partner presents a clear plan and budget to bring their valuable contribution into the platform and the timeline for it's contributions to be ready for implementation. If the aspiring founding partner does not have the capability to deliver the value in a clear way yet, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) can be signed before the contribution is ready in order to protect the aspiring founding partner efforts. Founding Partner shares will be transferred once the co-founding partner contribution is clear and ready to implement.

Guiding Principal 4:
If any founding partner wants to get involved in a project that partially or totally replicates the WEGO Platforms model, other founding partners entities will have a First Right of Refusal (FROR) to get Involved. WEGO IP Holdings will Hold the WEGO Brand. If this particular clause is breached, shares of the breaching partner will be immediately transfer to all other founding partner's proportionally. Trust is the foundation of a team. If trust is broken partnership can not succeed.

Guiding Principal 5:
All founding partner's commit to sign a mutual Shareholder Agreement (SA) that defines the key elements of the governance, specially related to the decision making process, the operational discipline, and the dividend and retribution principals.
