The retreat will be hosted by the VIBEUP Team & UBUNTU Strategic Growth Director & Co-Founder, Luke Jensen. After many years of hosting wellness programming, events, & festivals across the US & Mexico, Luke has curated a week-long experience unlike any other.

The hotel rooms are exclusively reserved for the retreat goers. Daily classes will be led by a mix of instructors. Mindfulness workshops & morning routines will be hosted by Luke & local & international guests. Meals will be prepared daily by the Morgan's Rock on-site restaurant, with fresh, local ingredients.

PROGRAMMING

All classes are included and encouraged. Saturday is for arrival and settling in, with our daily group dinner at 5:30 PM.

Every day there will be space from breakfast till 3pm's daily workshop as well as after dinner most nights to rest, enjoy the hotel, beach, spa, or planned activities and the town-life.

Classes & Workshops in Gold are retreat goers only & encouraged for Group Connection.
*Mindful Morning is a Mind + Body + Soul routine with Mantras, Asana Breathwork, Fitness, & Meditation, & Discussion.

Workshops: Foundations 101; Cultivating a Daily Practice + Community; Habit Tracking, Identity, & System Formation; Belief & Dream Building - a pre-retreat survey will be sent to gather group interests.

MEALS 

All meals at hotel are included. 
 

  • All Meals are locally sourced / organic with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options
    (a survey will be sent pre-retreat to obtain your dietary preferences)

  • Breakfast:

    • Available for the group until 11A each day after the Mindful Morning Routine,

    • Breakfast includes fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea, juice - other options for purchase

  • Lunch: 1-2:30pm, includes salads, bowls, fruit, coffee, tea, juice

  • Dinner:: 5-6:30pm, includes rotating themed menu from restaurant 

  • Notes::

    • Cafe + Restaurant available 8AM-10PM daily for additional items for purchase.

    • Any meals outside of the hotel during free time or excursions are not included.

ACTIVITIES

Additional activities not included, yet encouraged.
 

  • ACTIVE: Surfboard 1-day rental included, fishing tours & paddle boarding available - lessons for surf, and fishing also available upon request.

  • EXCURSION: Whale & dolphin watching, boat led beach tour, bioluminescence nighttime swim & other excursions will be available at hotel. One group excursion is included based on pre-retreat survey.

  • SPA: Multiple massage styles will be available for booking upon arrival. 

EXTRAS

Airport Transfer & Staff Tips.
 

  • $30 Airport Transportation (Included): Shuttle To & From Resort ($5 tip per person to driver)

    • Shuttle Times will be posted between based on flight arrival times for the 25 minute ride to hotel,

    • If you cannot make one of the times provided, contact us and we'll be sure to take care of it.

    • Airfare is NOT included. 

  • $40 Hotel Staff Gratuity (Not Included): $7 tip per day (extra if desired) is recommended, and goes towards the kitchen, restaurant, reception, cleaning, and bar staff. Tip envelope will be with staff at Registration upon check-out.

UPGRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Upgrade is for entire room and includes all persons. All persons must purchase a retreat Single Ticket.

  • Each option has limited upgrades. First come, first serve basis with secure payment.

  • All monies are non-refundable for upgrades unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you do not upgrade, you will Room Share: We carefully assign rooms and bunking up with other retreat goers in order to foster community building. Retreat goers will be paired by gender with the exceptions of couples, friends traveling together and family; make sure you let us know by emailing us.

RETREAT FINE PRINT

  • Refunds: $500 is non-refundable. 100% non-refundable after March 11, 2022 unless *considerations apply.

  • Non-transferable: Retreats are non-transferable. You may not transfer your retreat spot to another person.

  • Room Share: We carefully assign rooms, and bunking up with other retreat goers in order to foster community building. Retreat goers will be paired by gender with the exceptions of couples, friends traveling together and family; make sure you let us know by emailing us.

  • Provided: Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, pillows, towels & all else listed above.

  • Clothes: Bring multiple outfits to sweat in, bathing suits, hiking / running shoes, comfy clothes.

  • Avail: All pricing and room availability based on first come, first serve. Book now to secure your favorite option.

  • Roommates: Any roommates must purchase tickets first, then email us to request sharing their room. 

  • Airfare: Flight not included. Book flight into Managua (MGA) or Liberia (LIR), email us your ticket, & we'll take care of the rest.

  • Shuttles: Shuttle options will be offered & included based on your arrival time ($30 value each way), 

    CheckIn/Out: Saturday, March 19 after 11am you may arrive at the hotel to enjoy the pool, lunch & activities, rooms will be available ASAP or by 2pm latest -- Friday, March 25 check out of rooms by 11am, but you stay at the hotel for breakfast and lunch. 

    MISC: Details on dietary preferences, transportation, schedule, excursions, liability waivers, and more will be sent  closer to the date.

  • COVID-19: The hotel upholds high-standards for safety regarding Covid-19 concerns. All retreat goers agree to international airline and travel regulations by purchasing retreat and airline tickets. Hotel will provide an on-site Physician to administer all Covid-19 rapid tests the day before checkout, included in your retreat ticket price, to cover your 24-hour negative test result for re-entry into the United States. I have traveled back into the United States 5 times in the last 12 months with zero issues. Please, Contact Me with questions.

  • *Considerations for refunds include any acts of God, Covid-19 issues with flights, etc. We're reasonable, don't worry!

Why did we choose Morgan's Rock Eco-Resort in Nicaragua? Because after 10 years & 40 international retreats, our retreat host and Director, Luke Jensen, upon arriving in summer 2022, spent 5 months living here due to the immediate connection with the land, staff, owners, & community, & now we're partners with the hotel so we can share it with YOU.
