Our Project Portfolio

Our first Living Laboratories for Regeneration

WEGO Hubs are real-world prototypes of regenerative living—Our first WEGO Hub is taking root at the Morgan’s Rock Sanctuary on Nicaragua’s Pacific coast—a pioneering site where forest, ocean, and community regeneration converge. This living laboratory features water-retentive landscapes, coral reef restoration, agroforestry and mushroom systems, natural construction, renewable energy, and circular waste innovations. It is also a cultural sanctuary for education, traditional knowledge, and cooperative livelihoods. Designed as a replicable model, this hub lays the foundation for a network of WEGO sites throughout the region and beyond.
